The Difference

This isn't summer babysitting.

It's elite athlete development. Other camps keep your kid moving. DB Camp builds real athletes — with real coaches, real programming, and real accountability. Skills are taught. Confidence is built.

"Your kid will come home tired. They'll be back the next day. That's the whole point."
How It Works

The Confidence Curriculum.

Confidence isn't a personality trait — it's a byproduct of doing hard things and getting better at them. Here's how nine weeks at DB get your athlete there.

01

Build the Skill

Real coaching in five sports, every day. Boxing footwork, sports performance drills, basketball IQ, yoga flexibility, conditioning. We teach the fundamentals — not the highlight reel.

02

Trust the Work

Reps, accountability, progression. Your athlete learns that effort pays — and that the standard is the standard, every day. Camper of the Week recognizes the kids who show up and grind.

03

Walk Different

Nine weeks in, your athlete walks out knowing what they're capable of. That's confidence — earned, not handed out. They'll carry it into school, sports, and life.

What Your Athlete Gets

Five Programs. One Standard.

Every camper trains across all five disciplines. Scroll to move through the program ↓

Compete, cooperate, have fun. Build team skills and let off steam — the right way.

Common Questions

Things Parents Ask.

What ages is camp for?
DB Summer Camp is open to athletes ages 11–16. The program is built for this age range — too young and the conditioning won't fit, too old and they should be in our adult programs.
Does my kid need experience?
No experience required. Beginners are welcome. Our coaches meet kids where they are and push them from there. What we do require: a willingness to work and respect for the standard.
What does a typical day look like?
Mornings are sports performance and conditioning. Afternoons rotate through boxing, basketball, and yoga/Pilates. Friday includes pizza on us and Camper of the Week recognition. Every week is structured but every day brings something different.
What should they bring?
Athletic clothes and sneakers. A water bottle (we'll keep it filled). A change of clothes for outdoor sessions. We provide hand wraps and gloves for boxing — no need to buy your own.
What about lunch?
Pack a real lunch Monday through Thursday. We provide water, Gatorade, and fresh fruit (bananas, apples, oranges) every day. Friday is pizza on us — community lunch with the whole camp. (No more Uber Eats orders mid-camp, please.)
Can I tour the gym before signing up?
Absolutely. Reach out to schedule a visit. We'd rather you see what we do in person than guess from a website.
What happens after I register?
We'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm your athlete's spot, walk you through what to expect, and finalize payment. Spots are limited — first come, first served.
